Impact Clients is hiring an Instagram Content Copywriter to research viral trends and translate those insights into captivating hooks, concepts, and copy for a personal brand. We're a mission-driven company focused on helping people build real online businesses and reshape modern education.

What You'll Do

Research Instagram daily to uncover emerging viral trends across all niches, including fitness, business, motivation, and personal brands.
Track and analyze 50+ posts per day to identify what drives performance.
Identify commonalities between the highest-performing content in hooks, copy, visuals, style, and tone.
Organize findings and document key insights clearly for fast execution.
Take the top viral trends and apply them to Richard’s personal brand.
Write basic carousel copy and video scripts in different formats, as seen on our page.
Collaborate and coordinate content production with our internal content team to ensure alignment with brand voice and goals.

You love Instagram and are already on it for hours a day.
You instinctively know what’s going viral, and more importantly, why.
You follow people similar to Richard and know what's happening in the space.
You’re obsessed with reverse-engineering the psychology behind attention-grabbing content.

Nice to Have

You’ve worked with other personal brands and understand how to reverse-engineer content for engagement and inbound leads.

Team & Environment

You will collaborate and coordinate content production with our internal content team.
