Allianz is hiring an Inspector Regulator to perform vehicle damage inspections and claims regulation through image analysis. You will be responsible for assessing circumstances, causes, damages, and causal links, ensuring correct repair costing and analyzing processes to identify potential fraud.
What You'll Do
- Conduct vehicle damage inspections and claims regulation via image analysis, evaluating circumstances, causes, damages, and causal links.
- Ensure accurate repair cost estimation using tools like Audatex I360 and Cilia.
- Analyze processes to identify potential insurance fraud.
- Assess insurance coverage and ensure compliance with company-established deadlines.
- Interact with internal areas such as Forecasting and Fraud, Salvage, Parts Supply, and Workshop Management.
- Handle service-related complaints and propose solutions.
- Monitor service execution and the sending of estimates.
What We're Looking For
- Completed high school education or a concluded technologist course.
- Technical knowledge in bodywork and painting (basic), automotive mechanics, and parts.
- Experience with estimation systems (Audatex, Cilia, or similar).
- Negotiation techniques.
- Active Category B driver's license (CNH).
- Behavioral competencies: assertive communication, adaptability, flexibility, analytical profile, and attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience with claims regulation or fraud analysis.
- Familiarity with workshop processes and repair management.
- Proactivity to suggest process improvements.
