SAP Business Technology Platform | SAP is hiring an Inspector of Supervisory Operations for Arbeidstilsynet. In this role, you will ensure safe and good working environments across Norwegian businesses through inspections and case handling, with a special focus on chemical/biological factors and disease prevention.
What You'll Do
- Conduct inspections to ensure businesses systematically manage health, environment, and safety with a particular focus on disease prevention.
- Plan, execute, and process inspection cases in accordance with plans, routines, and regulations.
- Collaborate with colleagues, cooperating agencies, and supervisory authorities.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum bachelor's degree. Engineering education in chemistry or equivalent.
- Strong oral and written presentation skills in Norwegian, as well as proficiency in English.
- Class B driver's license for passenger cars.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge or experience in the field of occupational hygiene.
- Experience from systematic work with health, environment, and safety.
- Experience with case processing.
- Knowledge of the requirements of the Working Environment Act for companies' working environments.
- Familiarity with the Public Administration Act and the Freedom of Information Act.

- Salary according to the State's salary regulations as inspector code 1343 (kr. 620,000 - 750,000) or senior inspector code 1371 (kr. 650,000 - 830,000), depending on your qualifications.
