insightsoftware is hiring a Senior Digital Adoption Specialist to build programs for onboarding, training, and communication that optimize WalkMe and other in-application AI solutions. Your work will generate actionable data to improve customer retention.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital adoption strategies for multiple SaaS applications
- Analyze user behavior and engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize digital adoption initiatives
- Design and create interactive walkthroughs, tooltips, and other in-app guidance using digital adoption platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and tailor adoption solutions accordingly
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital adoption and user engagement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in digital adoption and change management
- Continuously optimize and refine digital adoption strategies based on user feedback and data insights
- Install and use the assigned insightsoftware products and develop an in-depth understanding of them
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital adoption, software implementation, or a similar role
- Proficiency in digital adoption platforms such as WalkMe, Pendo, or Whatfix
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Proven track record of successful digital adoption initiatives in enterprise environments
- Experience with a wide range of enterprise software and SaaS applications
- Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- In-depth understanding of user experience (UX) principles and their application in digital adoption
- Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design concepts
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Project management and/or Jira experience
Nice to Have
- Certifications in digital adoption platforms are preferred
