Trane Technologies is hiring an Inside Sales - Telesales professional to join our team. In this role, you will be a critical support to our external Sales Team, focusing on B2B lead generation and prospecting for new and existing clients within the HVAC and Process Cooling industries. Your primary objective will be to create new business opportunities, build strong relationships, and achieve defined sales targets.
What You'll Do
- Identify and target potential customers across various industries requiring B2B solutions in HVAC and Process Cooling.
- Assist Sales Engineers and Customer Care Teams with developing and implementing sales strategies to generate and convert leads.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, regularly updating the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Handle outbound sales calls to meet targets.
- Develop a deep understanding of solutions in the HVAC and Process Temperature Control Industry.
- Gain confidence in providing technical guidance and support to customers, helping them select suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with external sales engineering and project management teams to set leads and appointments in the CRM.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers as a trusted advisor.
- Understand customer needs and provide timely, effective solutions to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Establish positive working relationships with Customer Care Teams to support an excellent customer experience.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance metrics.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Comply with and participate in all QHSE and Trane Technologies initiatives, internal codes of conduct, and ethical frameworks.
- Take control of your development and learning pathways.
- Align business goals to reach bonus targets and individual performance goals.

Team & Environment
You will support the external Sales Team and collaborate closely with Sales Engineers, Customer Care Teams, Internal Sales, the marketing team, and external sales engineering and project management teams. You will report directly to your line manager.
