Atlas Copco is hiring an Inside Sales Specialist to establish Edwards as the preferred supplier of vacuum products and services across Southeast Europe. Your mission is to drive sales growth by focusing on direct and indirect accounts within the Industrial, Scientific, and Research & Development sectors, with potential expansion into Scientific OEMs.
What You'll Do
- Drive sales growth across Southeast Europe by supporting direct and indirect accounts in Industrial, Scientific, and R&D sectors.
- Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Technical Support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Provide first-line technical and commercial support, including lead generation, quotations, and tender follow-ups.
- Manage pre-sales activities such as documentation, compliance checks, and digital engagement.
- Respond to customer inquiries and support marketing initiatives including events and campaigns.
- Identify new business opportunities and re-engage with dormant accounts.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.
- Maintain and optimize CRM (C4C) usage for lead and opportunity management.
- Participate in joint customer visits and actively contribute to regional business development.
What We're Looking For
- Background in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Fluent in English and Hungarian (written and spoken).
- Strong commercial acumen with a keen interest in market and competitor dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Confident working independently and collaboratively in a matrix environment.
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a “can-do” attitude.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of vacuum applications.
- Czech language considered a plus.
- Experience with SAP or CRM systems (e.g., C4C) is desirable.
