As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in expanding market presence across Southeast Europe, focusing on Industrial, Scientific, and Research & Development sectors. Your primary responsibility is to advance sales of vacuum products and services by supporting both direct and indirect customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and reactivating inactive customer relationships.
- Deliver first-line technical and commercial support, from initial inquiry through quotation and tender processes.
- Coordinate pre-sales activities including documentation, compliance reviews, and digital communication.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Service, and Technical teams to ensure a unified customer experience.
- Support marketing efforts through event participation, campaign engagement, and customer outreach.
- Monitor market and competitor developments to shape effective sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and track opportunities using CRM (C4C), ensuring data integrity and process efficiency.
- Join customer visits and contribute to regional business development initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
Fluency in both English and Hungarian is required. A background in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field is preferred. Familiarity with vacuum applications or technical sales environments is an advantage. Proficiency in SAP or CRM platforms such as C4C is beneficial.
Success in this role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. You should be comfortable working independently while also contributing effectively within a matrix organization. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset is essential.
