Adfinis AG is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to ensure a smooth lead flow and efficient sales operations for our IT services in the DACH region. You will join us in a remote-first capacity, working to process leads, handle standard renewals, and support the growth of smaller accounts within a culture serious about Open Source and transparency.
What You'll Do
- Work through lead lists from partners and marketing.
- Use checklists to turn inbound and outbound leads into SQLs.
- Hand over more complex leads to Customer Development Managers (CDMs).
- Process standard subscriptions and licenses, co-terming, and renewals.
- Prepare, send, and follow up on standard quotes.
- Grow smaller accounts and re-engage dormant ones.
- Advance simple up- and cross-selling opportunities, escalating bigger ones.
- Help with local events and process leads fast afterward.
- Register deals and handle basic certification checks.
- Keep CRM data clean, complete, and current.
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency with CRM systems and maintaining clean sales data.
- Comfort with reaching out to potential clients via cold calls and mail sequences.
- Ability to qualify leads, track their status, and ensure smooth processing.
- Basic understanding of B2B IT services or solution selling.
- Proficiency (C1 level) in German and English.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
Team & Environment
You will be part of a seven-person Sales team, working closely with Customer Development Managers, Marketing, and Partner Management.
