CPM International was looking for an Inside Sales Representative - German Speaker (English Required) | Remote - Spain

CPM International is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue growth for Agilent Technologies through a mix of outbound and inbound sales. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, closing sales for service contracts, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do

  • Actively prospect and engage with potential customers to identify and close sales opportunities for on-demand service contracts and maintenance or repair services.
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries, provide product information, and address customer needs effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and proactively offer solutions.
  • Manage your own sales pipeline, track progress, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including customer care, engineering, and field service, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluency in German and English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven sales experience, including a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to find innovative solutions.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in insurance sales.
  • Background in laboratory or analytical instrumentation.
