REE Medical is hiring an Inside Sales Representative (Intake Coordinator) to be a critical point of contact for incoming leads. In this role, you will explain our services, establish strong client relationships, and close sales. You'll work proactively and empathetically, evaluating client needs while adhering to compliance standards in our dynamic environment.
What You'll Do
- Monitor queues for incoming calls and review the CRM regularly for outreach to potential clients.
- Professionally and empathetically establish rapport by presenting REE’s value proposition and answering questions within regulatory requirements.
- Communicate with compassion while promoting urgency and motivation to complete the process when handling objections.
- Update all client information into the CRM accurately and completely.
- Adhere to all regulations and processes established by the Compliance team to ensure compliant sales.
- Collaborate across the team and department to ensure sales invoices are properly created and submitted.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience as an Inside Sales Representative or sales representative.
- At least 1 year of experience working within a CRM (ZoHo, Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and navigating multiple platforms including Salesforce, ZoHo, Slack, Teams.
- Comfort being on the phone whether sitting or standing for extended periods.
- Highly organized, with multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations.
- Proactive thinking, consistently foreseeing and preparing for forthcoming challenges or opportunities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of communicating in a remote-first environment.
- Expert level attention to detail.
- Experience in start-up or early-stage environments with little or no defined infrastructure or processes.
- Track record of working in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
- Ability and empathy to relate to all levels both with clients and internal team members.
- Analytical and problem-solving orientation.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in the medical industry.
- Previous experience operating in a quota driven environment, reporting on daily activities.
- Previous experience working with the Veteran community or within VA regulations.
- A.S., B.A., B.S. degrees are a plus.
