FirstMate is looking for an Inside Sales Rep to drive revenue growth through high-volume outbound sales to roofing companies across the US. You will own the full sales cycle from initial cold call through first order and ongoing account management.
What You'll Do
- Conduct cold calls to introduce products and set appointments with prospects.
- Follow up consistently via phone, email, and text to move leads through the pipeline.
- Onboard new sign-ups and guide them through placing their first order.
- Re-engage existing customers who haven't ordered recently to build consistent usage.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in outbound B2B sales, cold calling, or appointment setting.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong written communication skills for professional and natural emails and texts.
- Comfort making a high volume of calls daily.
- Self-motivated and organized to manage your own pipeline while working from home.
- Persistence without being pushy, with the ability to get past gatekeepers and build quick rapport.

Work Mode
