AMBA was looking for an Inside Sales Insurance Specialist

This role is centered on proactive, high-volume outbound calling to assist existing members in understanding Life and Supplemental Health insurance options. You’ll spend most of your day making calls from company-provided leads, delivering clear, compliant sales presentations, and guiding individuals through enrollment.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Make 150+ outbound calls daily, prioritizing active outreach and follow-ups
  • Deliver both scripted and consultative conversations tailored to member needs
  • Educate callers on insurance benefits and support enrollment completion
  • Handle inbound inquiries when capacity allows, while maintaining outbound focus
  • Log all interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline
  • Meet daily activity benchmarks and monthly performance targets
  • Ensure every interaction reflects professionalism, compliance, and member care

Qualifications

You’re self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting where goals are clearly defined and progress is measured. You listen well, respond effectively to concerns, and adapt your approach to support informed decisions.

  • Willingness to obtain Life and Health insurance licenses within onboarding period if not already licensed
  • Demonstrated resilience and consistent work habits
  • Strong communication and objection-handling abilities

Preferred Experience

  • Current Life and Health insurance license
  • Two or more years in insurance sales or high-volume call center roles
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Salesforce

Compensation and Benefits

This is a full-time position with a base hourly wage and monthly performance bonuses. First-year earnings typically range from $50,000 to $60,000, with top performers exceeding $100,000.
