Avantor Sciences is hiring an Inside Sales Executive to drive business development, sales, and collections for our BioPharma raw materials across the Middle East & Africa region. This remote role is accountable for achieving targeted sales by partnering with end customers and distributors.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with customers in the MEA region to understand their product pipeline.
- Consult customers on the right product based on their process requirements.
- Work closely with R&D teams at Pharma and Biopharma customers to specify our product range in early-stage process development.
- Track customer project progress from R&D/PD through pilot to commercial scale.
- Develop three-level organograms of customers.
- Improve the customer service experience by providing end-to-end support from technical discussions and sampling to commercial proposals, invoicing coordination, and product delivery.
- Work on innovative marketing campaigns with cross-functional teams to increase customer reach and develop new business.
- Coordinate with technical service for complaint resolution to enhance customer retention.
- Forecast sales on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
What We're Looking For
- 1 – 3 years of experience in the industry.
Nice to Have
- Science graduates or postgraduates / MBA.
- 1-2 years of inside sales experience.
Work Mode
This role is remotely based, serving the Middle East & Africa region.
