Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide first-level technical support for common platform questions and troubleshooting.
- Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and subscription renewals.
- Gather customer feedback to improve our products and services.
- Identify and engage potential new subscribers through inbound inquiries.
- Educate prospects on the value and benefits of a CBT Nuggets online subscription.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations as needed.
- Close sales and achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system (Salesforce or TBD).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Continuously learn about new product features and IT training trends to effectively assist customers.
Requirements
- Must have a desire to learn and develop sales talents, skills, and abilities.
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in customer service, support, or sales.
- Strong interest in sales and customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely (training provided).
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must understand AI tools, and when and how to use them.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling or supporting technology solutions, training, or subscriptions is a strong positive but not required.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
