Requirements
- 2–3 years of recruitment experience, ideally in an agency or fast-paced environment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; experience in such settings is a strong plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and shifting priorities
- Self-starter with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Availability to work full-time on West Coast (PST) hours
