About the Role

This position is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the user base of a specialized enzyme research platform by identifying new market opportunities, forming strategic alliances, and supporting product adoption through customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted markets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders
  • Conduct market analysis to uncover emerging trends and customer needs
  • Present product value propositions to potential clients and partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with product development
  • Negotiate contracts and close partnership agreements
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics regularly
  • Attend industry events and conferences to expand professional network
  • Support the creation of go-to-market strategies for new offerings
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product enhancements
  • Manage a pipeline of prospects through all stages of the sales cycle
  • Coordinate with marketing to develop targeted outreach campaigns
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor activities
  • Provide input on pricing models based on market dynamics
  • Assist in onboarding new clients post-sale
  • Drive adoption of platform features among existing accounts
  • Represent the company in external communications and presentations
  • Work cross-functionally to resolve client-facing challenges
  • Contribute to quarterly business reviews and planning sessions
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
  • Utilize CRM tools to document interactions and forecast revenue
  • Advocate for customer needs within the organization
