About the Role
This role involves working with provided leads to guide clients through life insurance options, build relationships, and close policies while operating fully remotely.
Responsibilities
- Engage with company-provided leads to assess insurance needs
- Conduct phone-based consultations with potential clients
- Explain life insurance products clearly and accurately
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate coverage plans
- Complete applications and ensure accurate documentation
- Follow up with prospects to address questions and concerns
- Maintain compliance with state licensing regulations
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and service targets
- Update client records in the agency management system
- Collaborate with team members on process improvements
- Stay current on product updates and industry changes
- Adhere to ethical sales practices and company policies
- Manage time effectively to maximize lead conversion
- Provide ongoing support to policyholders
- Participate in regular performance reviews
