Remote Talent LATAM is hiring an Inside Marketing Specialist focused on CRM management and internal lead generation. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and nurturing leads, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting the sales team by ensuring no opportunity is missed.
What You'll Do
- Manage and update the internal CRM with new contacts, opportunities, and follow-ups.
- Extract construction project data from Construction Connect and input it into the CRM.
- Oversee nurture sequences and track each lead's status and next action.
- Maintain accurate, detailed data to ensure no lead falls through the cracks.
- Collaborate with leadership to monitor lead quality and performance metrics.
- Support internal sales operations and documentation as needed.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, inside sales, or a similar role, ideally managing the full sales funnel.
- Strong CRM proficiency (any platform) with proven attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Fluent English communication skills, written and verbal.
- Highly organized, proactive, and reliable; able to work independently.
