Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional innovation projects from concept to implementation
- Support the development and tracking of key performance indicators for innovation activities

- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine innovation strategies
- Assist in identifying emerging trends and technologies relevant to service improvement
- Help manage innovation pipelines and project timelines

- Coordinate communication between departments involved in innovation efforts
- Track and report on innovation metrics and outcomes
