Einstein Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein is seeking an Innovation Analyst to lead and manage end-to-end projects at the Goiânia unit. You will be responsible for ensuring that all initiatives align with our strategic objectives while actively fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Plan, conduct, and monitor end-to-end projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Structure schedules, define scope, map risks, and manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct rituals and apply project management methodologies (agile, hybrid, and/or traditional).
- Identify innovation opportunities and propose solutions that generate improvements in processes, products, or services.
- Lead research, benchmarks, and trend studies to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop indicators (KPIs) and track project success metrics.
- Prepare and present executive materials with clarity, organization, and storytelling.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and experimentation.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, Design, or related fields.
- Prior experience in project management, PMO, or innovation areas.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, Planner, Notion).
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and/or PMBOK.
- Analytical skills, organization, and strong verbal and written communication.
- Ability to influence, facilitate conversations, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative, curious, and problem-solving oriented profile.
Nice to Have
- Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Product Owner.
