Scarpel Telecom is hiring a Warranty Specialist to manage and process warranty claims across North America for INNIO careers. You will be responsible for the technical evaluation of warranty requests, selecting and approving spare parts, coordinating service interventions with suppliers, and supporting the technical assessment and analysis of warranty cases to drive continuous product improvement.
What You'll Do
- Manage and analyze warranty cases for INNIO Jenbacher products.
- Select and approve necessary spare parts to ensure efficient and sustainable solutions.
- Evaluate warranty claims from customers, both technically and commercially.
- Coordinate service interventions with suppliers under the scope of INNIO warranty.
- Proactively identify potential product improvements across the installed gas engine fleet and present technical issues in quality meetings.
- Document and update warranty cases to maintain traceability and transparency.
- Submit warranty claims to suppliers and support procurement in cost recovery efforts.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across internal departments.
- Support root cause analysis activities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to assist with successful operations and business continuity.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Demonstrated experience as an Inventory Control Specialist, Service Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, or similar role involving inventory management, work order setup, and operations support.
- CRM and ERP experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, & Outlook.
- Proficiency in English with the ability to read, interpret, and create documentation, reports, and compliance records.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in a production, maintenance, or workshop environment.
- Salesforce and Oracle experience.
