INNIO is hiring a Service Manager to make strategic decisions that enhance customer satisfaction and EBITDA for our global service agreements. In this role, you will lead a team and manage key tools to optimize the service contract lifecycle.

What You'll Do

Lead the CSA Product Performance Team of 3 direct reports.
Optimize service contract life cycle management tools, the service cost catalogue, and pricing target setting.
Enhance CSA contract templates and special release rules to boost revenue.
Collaborate with Service Finance for performance reviews and pricing strategies.
Conduct performance reviews and manage team objectives.
Oversee Contract Service Agreements (CSA) templates and special release rules.
Handle the entire resolution cycle for service cases.
Manage the Service Contract Life cycle Management Tool and ensure data accuracy in the Service Cost Catalogue.

What We're Looking For

A Bachelor’s or Master’s in engineering combined with business experience.
Very strong experience in service operations.
A strong commercial and technical background.
A proven track record of successfully managing diverse, cross-functional, and multidisciplinary teams.
A proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
Strong analytical, project management, and change management skills.
Ability to interact smoothly at all levels of the organization.
Fluency in English.

Nice to Have

Experience preferably in the energy sector.
German language skills are a plus.

Base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 4,673.74 gross per month (x14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
