Playtech is hiring an Infrastructure Core Services Process Manager

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the catalog of core infrastructure services, along with documentation standards and operational governance materials.
• Evaluate, structure, and enhance operational workflows within core infrastructure teams.
• Detect inefficiencies, risks, and areas for enhancement, and lead corrective initiatives to resolution.
• Build and implement new operational procedures where formal processes are absent.
• Encourage uniformity, clarity, governance adherence, and industry best practices in infrastructure operations.
• Build reporting systems and tracking tools to monitor process effectiveness and operational transparency.
• Work closely with infrastructure managers, technical leads, engineers, and internal stakeholders.
• Strengthen service ownership, accountability, and lifecycle management across core services, ensuring cross-functional alignment on governance and operations.
• Assist audit, compliance, and governance efforts by ensuring robust processes, controls, and records are maintained.
