About the Role

Loot Labs is hiring an Influencer Manager to develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives. You will identify and nurture relationships with key creators, negotiate partnerships, and manage campaigns to drive acquisition, engagement, and reach.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Identify potential influencers across platforms like Twitch, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube that align with our brand and audience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and key partners.
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, including briefing, content creation, approvals, and performance tracking.
  • Negotiate contracts and partnership agreements with influencers, ensuring mutual benefits.
  • Guide content creation with influencers to ensure it is on-brand, engaging, and meets campaign objectives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of influencer campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize future efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate influencer campaigns into broader marketing efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in influencer marketing, social media, and digital content creation.

What We're Looking For

  • 2-4 years of professional experience managing influencers and executing creator-led campaigns.
  • Ability to interact with and manage influencer relations with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Personal interest in TCGs (Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece).
  • 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content ideas and campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have

  • Direct professional experience in TCGs (Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece).
