  • Maintain strong on-site presence to support construction and operational teams
  • Provide real-time guidance during field activities, outages, or non-routine work
  • Build trust with frontline teams to drive proactive safety culture
  • Help build and standardize IH programs across multiple sites as the company grows
  • Implement systems for exposure tracking, record-keeping, and reporting
  • Help build and support integration of IH considerations into broader EHS and operational processes
  • Deliver training on IH-related topics (chemical safety, respiratory protection, noise, heat stress, etc.)
  • Translate technical findings into clear, actionable guidance for non-technical audiences
  • Promote awareness of occupational health risks and prevention strategies
  • Support investigations related to exposure incidents or near misses
  • Conduct root cause analyses and recommend corrective actions
  • Collaborate with medical and safety teams as needed

  • 5+ years of industrial hygiene experience in high-hazard environments (nuclear, energy, construction, manufacturing, or similar)
