Responsibilities
- Convert new product introduction requirements into measurable manufacturing goals for cost, cycle time, and quality
- Design and implement novel processes and systems to meet evolving operational demands
- Collaborate with IT teams to manage and deploy manufacturing execution software solutions
- Track, evaluate, and report on key performance indicators for production work centers, driving continuous improvement
- Lead investigations into factory yield issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
- Apply quality engineering principles to monitor and sustain process control systems
- Create, manage, and update controlled documentation including work instructions and certification records
- Assist in building and managing prototype supply chains, including materials and consumables planning
- Oversee and enhance training programs for factory personnel on processes and documentation standards
- Sustain accurate operations metrics and work center performance indicators
- Facilitate operational process reviews and promote cross-functional teamwork to improve outcomes
