CLEAResult Consulting Inc. is hiring an Indirect Procurement Buyer to be a key contributor to our procurement function. You will support all procurement activities for the organization, focusing on analyzing indirect spend categories and developing supplier strategies. This role is a defined path to advancement into a Senior Buyer position.
What You'll Do
- Support all procurement activities for the organization
- Analyze indirect procurement categories and market trends
- Assist with implementing category strategy and developing preferred supplier lists
- Partner with senior personnel on RFx creation, bid analysis, and negotiations
- Manage overall indirect procurement spend and understand pricing levers
- Review and evaluate contract terms to ensure performance and minimize risk
- Lead cross-organizational projects involving policy design, supplier selection, and reporting
- Advocate for the implementation of procurement policies and procedures
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Strategic Sourcing, with a focus on indirect spend
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with project management concepts
- Must be based in a location aligning with Central Standard Time or Eastern Standard Time working hours
- Demonstrated understanding of Procurement and Supply Chain concepts
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field
- Experience sourcing Travel and other indirect procurement areas
- Workday or Salesforce (CLM Software) experience
