What You'll Do
Accurately enter indirect auto loan data into the loan system, ensuring all documentation is complete and meets regulatory standards. Act as a central point of contact between dealerships, the credit union, and the Call Center to facilitate seamless loan processing.
Review contracts, title applications, bills of sale, insurance records, credit reports, and other supporting documents for accuracy and compliance. Verify identities and scrutinize paperwork to detect red flags or potential fraud, ensuring adherence to Bank Secrecy Act requirements.
Resolve discrepancies in funding with dealers or members, ensuring correct financial settlements based on lending guidelines and dealership agreements. Evaluate underwriting conditions and confirm they are satisfied before loan approval.
Requirements
Must have prior experience processing indirect auto loans or handling similar financial lending workflows. Strong understanding of compliance standards and legal documentation requirements is essential.
Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve funding discrepancies with dealers or members. Skilled in verifying identity documents and recognizing indicators of fraud. Familiar with underwriting conditions and confirming their fulfillment. Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act regulations and a commitment to following internal policies are required.
