SAP Software Solutions is looking for an Incubation Lead - Americas to join our Global Partner Recruitment & Incubation Center of Excellence. In this role, you will guide new partners through a structured 12-month incubation journey, ensuring their successful activation and integration into the SAP ecosystem from onboarding to generating revenue.
What You'll Do
- Orchestrate the entire incubation journey, coordinating internal SAP teams, external providers, and enablement programs for a smooth, results-focused partner experience.
- Analyze new partner profiles to identify strengths, weaknesses, and untapped markets, ensuring enablement, go-to-market, and activation plans are tailored to specific opportunities.
- Assume responsibility for the regional portfolio of new partners during the incubation phase.
- Drive structured partner activation plans focused on quickly closing the first deal and building an early pipeline.
- Assist partners in developing their initial SAP product and service go-to-market strategy, value proposition, and priority areas.
What We're Looking For
- Functional mastery of English is essential for this role when based in Quebec, due to global interactions with SAP entities and stakeholders in Canada.
Team & Environment
Part of the SAP Global Partner Recruitment & Incubation CoE. Collaborates with partner recruiters, market units, sales, trainers, and global SAP teams.
