Included Health is looking for a Senior Manager, Business Acceleration to lead initiatives that enhance our All-Included Care & Navigation services. This role sits within the Growth & Business Excellence - Operations department and focuses on scaling impact and improving member outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute business acceleration strategies for the All-Included Care & Navigation segment.
- Identify and implement operational improvements to drive efficiency and growth.
- Analyze performance data to inform strategic decisions and measure initiative success.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align priorities and accelerate project delivery.
- Build frameworks and processes to support scalable business operations.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or a related field within a complex organization.
- Proven track record of designing and leading operational improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience managing complex projects and driving cross-functional alignment.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the healthcare, digital health, or health navigation industry.
- Background in management consulting or a high-growth technology environment.
- Knowledge of value-based care models and healthcare economics.
