As an Inbound Sales Representative, you’ll work remotely from your home office, serving as a trusted advisor to those seeking senior care options. You’ll take incoming, pre-qualified leads and conduct thoughtful consultation calls to understand each family’s unique situation.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver personalized support by assessing care needs and educating families on suitable senior living communities and in-home care services
- Use consultative sales techniques to build trust and guide decision-making, with the goal of scheduling tours and referrals
- Manage client interactions efficiently using a CRM platform, documenting conversations and tracking progress accurately
- Collaborate with care providers and housing communities to ensure smooth connections after initial placement
- Adhere to assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays, with consistent availability
What You Bring
- At least two years of experience in inbound sales or call center environments
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously—talking with clients while entering data
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and CRM tools, with a willingness to learn internal platforms quickly
Compensation & Benefits
You’ll earn a base salary of $45,760 per year ($22.00/hour) with uncapped performance-based bonuses, contributing to an on-target annual earnings potential of $74,000. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, and paid time off.
