As an Inbound Sales Representative, you’ll play a vital role in guiding families through one of life’s most sensitive transitions—finding the right care for their loved ones. Working remotely from your home office, you’ll connect with pre-screened callers during assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays, delivering compassionate support aligned with a meaningful mission.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to inbound leads with professionalism and empathy, conducting detailed consultations to understand each family’s unique needs
- Educate callers on senior living and home care options, matching them with communities and providers that fit their criteria
- Serve as a trusted point of contact between families and care providers after completing a comprehensive four-week training program
- Use internal systems efficiently, balancing phone conversations with accurate data entry in CRM platforms
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of two years in inbound sales or call center environments with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Word, Excel, and CRM tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in real time—such as speaking with clients while documenting key details
- Reliable work setup with high-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay is $22.00 per hour ($45,760 annually), with uncapped performance-based bonuses contributing to an On-Target Earnings potential of $74,000. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.
