As an Inbound Sales Representative, you’ll play a vital role in supporting families navigating senior care options. Working remotely from your home office, you’ll respond to pre-qualified inquiries, delivering personalized support during consultation calls and connecting clients with appropriate care communities or in-home services.
What You’ll Do
- Manage inbound calls from families seeking senior care, providing informed guidance tailored to their unique needs
- Conduct thorough assessments to understand client preferences and match them with suitable living arrangements or care providers
- Navigate internal systems efficiently while speaking with callers, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up
- Collaborate with care networks to facilitate smooth transitions for seniors and their families
- Complete a structured four-week onboarding program to build expertise in senior care solutions
What We’re Looking For
- At least two years of experience in an inbound sales or call center environment
- Proven record of meeting or surpassing performance goals
- Strong typing and computer proficiency, with comfort using Word, Excel, and CRM platforms
- Ability to maintain focus while multitasking—speaking with clients and entering data simultaneously
- Reliable work setup with consistent availability during assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays

You’ll work in a remote capacity with a defined schedule based on Eastern Time. The compensation structure includes a base salary of $22.00 per hour, with uncapped performance-based incentives contributing to an on-target annual earnings potential of $74,000.
