Inbound Sales Representative – Remote in Texas
Help customers find the ideal storage solution from the comfort of your home. This full-time remote role offers $16.00 per hour plus commission and is designed for individuals who thrive in a supportive, high-energy environment. You’ll speak with callers who have already expressed interest, guiding them to the right storage options through consultative conversations—no cold calling involved.
What You’ll Do
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable storage units
- Deliver consistent, high-quality service during every phone interaction
- Work independently from home while staying connected to a collaborative team
- Use Microsoft Windows applications to manage reservations and customer data
- Contribute directly to team and company performance goals
What You Need
- Must be a resident of Texas
- Proven experience in sales or customer service
- Strong communication skills, especially over the phone
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows-based software
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background and drug screening
- Flexibility to work some weekend shifts
