Extra Space Storage is looking for a remote Inbound Sales Representative to join our team. This work-from-home role is open to residents of Kentucky and involves using your sales expertise to help customers find the right storage solutions. You will focus on inbound customer calls, reserving storage units, and delivering a high-quality service experience without any cold calling.
What You'll Do
- Assist customers by reserving the best storage unit to fit their individual needs.
- Deliver amazing customer service to inbound callers.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in Sales or Customer Service.
- Ability to connect effectively over the phone.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must pass background and drug screening.
- Must be able to work some weekends.
- Must reside in the state of Kentucky.
