Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring an Application Reviewer (Remote - India). In this role, you will review applications and ensure compliance with international management system standards. You will audit client documentation, plan certification activities, and uphold the integrity of the audit process within a remote environment.
What You'll Do
- Review initial application forms and prepare audit time calculations.
- Assign appropriate EA/NACE codes and determine auditor/technical expert competence based on system requirements.
- Plan stage-1, stage-2, surveillance, and re-certification audits.
- Assess audit reports and maintain detailed client files in compliance with ISO 17021 and relevant standards.
- Coordinate with accreditation bodies and ensure confidentiality of all client information.
- Perform annual reviews of certification system documentation and recommend changes as needed.
- Evaluate the structure and performance of auditing personnel and manage recruitment plans if required.
- Conduct final review of audit documents and identify training needs for staff and subcontractors.
- Oversee implementation of IAF MDs, KPM procedures, and ISO 17021 standards throughout the audit lifecycle.
- Support top management in additional tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate from a recognized institute or 3–4 years of experience in auditing.
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative, engineering, managerial, or supervisory role.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in quality management processes and CRM systems.
- Solid understanding of relevant industry standards and compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and advanced organizational skills, especially in remote environments.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Nice to Have
- Certifications from CQI or IRCA are a strong advantage.
