About the Role

CVS Health is hiring an Inbound/Outbound Queue Associate for a fully remote role within the American Health Holdings Medical Management Customer Service Department. This position operates in a fast-paced environment where delivering high-level customer service is essential to promote and support the quality effectiveness of healthcare services.

What You'll Do

  • Manage inbound and outbound call center activities in a fast-paced medical management setting.
  • Deliver high-level customer service to support the effectiveness of healthcare services.
  • Perform data entry and navigate internal systems to coordinate service delivery.
  • Participate effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ years of call center experience.
  • 1+ years of medical or healthcare experience.
  • 1+ years of data entry experience.
  • A High School diploma or G.E.D.

Nice to Have

  • 2-4 years’ experience as a medical assistant, office assistant, or in another medical role.
  • Strong customer service skills to coordinate service delivery.
  • Computer literacy to navigate internal and external computer systems.
  • Ability to effectively participate in a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Familiarity with basic medical terminology.
  • Effective communication, telephonic, and organizational skills.
  • High professionalism to interact with clients, internal departments, and vendors.
