Join NZC2 IDEXX LABORATORIES II (NZ) as an Implementation Specialist for the ezyVet Practice Management software. You will be responsible for guiding new veterinary clinic customers through the implementation process, ensuring they are confidently set up for success.
What You'll Do
- Train veterinary professionals on using ezyVet, tailored to their specific clinic roles.
- Project manage implementations to ensure clinics are confidently utilizing the software and it is configured for their needs.
- Problem-solve by understanding clinic workflows to configure the software appropriately.
- Manage change within the clinic environment.
- Build and deliver webinar-based training and configuration curriculum.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, each at different stages.
- Collaborate with internal teams to help shape the software, prioritize releases, streamline processes, and build effective outcomes.
