Saputo is looking for a Forklift Operator to join our 2nd shift team. In this critical warehouse role, you will ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant movement of our products. You will operate material handling equipment in a cold environment, directly supporting our quality and food safety standards.

What You'll Do

Perform trailer inspections for inbound and outbound orders, ensuring trailers are secured and temperature/food safety regulations are met.
Load and unload product using Radio Frequency scanners, ensuring paperwork accuracy and working with supervisors to address discrepancies.
Receive product from purchase orders or transfers, verifying case counts, code dates, pallet conditions, and recording transit damages.
Ensure overall quality of outbound shipments, including correct weight distribution and compliance.
Put away received product, replenish pick locations, and perform full pallet picking for customer orders.
Complete daily Powered Industrial Truck Inspection and report safety concerns to maintenance or supervisor.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices, food safety, quality programs, and regulatory requirements.
Report potential quality, food safety, and workplace safety hazards to management.
Attend and participate in required training, shift meetings, and committees.

What We're Looking For

Able to read and communicate effectively in English.
Can work assigned schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Have basic math knowledge.
Have a demonstrated work history.
Able to work confidently in a fast-paced environment.
Able to meet physical demands: stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb; lift up to 75 pounds.
Able to work in cold environments and around moving equipment.
Good visual acuity with ability to distinguish colors.
Able to operate material handling equipment.
