Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) is looking for an Implementation Specialist for Digital Banking to deliver our digital solutions to new and existing customers. In this remote role, you will play a key part in our mission to provide forward-thinking, personalized service that shapes the future of banking.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation process.
- Introduce CSI digital banking solutions and define implementation requirements.
- Conduct data gathering meetings to clarify data movement and application setup.
- Configure applications and lead test review meetings with customer banks.
- Provide post-implementation support and ensure a successful go-live.
- Stay current on product updates and enhancements.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, accountable attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
- Authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
