Responsibilities
- Work with internal teams to grasp customer requirements and customize solutions for effective onboarding.
- Manage the integration of company accounts into the platform, ensuring a seamless transition and resolving any issues.
- Evaluate product performance and monitor metrics to detect areas for improvement during onboarding.
- Assist in creating onboarding workflows for new business clients.
- Deliver insights based on data to improve user experience and help companies maximize Rain's product usage.
- Collaborate with product managers to outline business needs for onboarding and develop user stories.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 0-2 years of experience in implementation, customer success, or a comparable role, ideally at a B2B company.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with capacity to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and capability to work cross-functionally with varied teams.
- Ability to work autonomously and take responsibility for tasks while cooperating with team members.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the financial services or credit card industry.
- Familiarity with SQL and other data query tools.
- Understanding of customer onboarding best practices in a technology-driven environment.
