Faria Education Group is hiring an Implementation Specialist, Atlas to serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the Americas during their onboarding journey. You will be responsible for orchestrating the initial setup of the Atlas platform, conducting training, and ensuring the software is customized to meet each school’s unique curriculum and operational needs.
What You'll Do
- Develop long-term goals with schools and leadership teams, supporting curriculum planning, development, and review.
- Use change management strategies to ensure successful software implementation aligned with Americas' educational values and curriculum practices.
- Show in-depth knowledge of product capabilities for curriculum design, instructional planning, and school processes.
- Review and confirm customization of products to facilitate clients’ processes.
- Collaborate with school leadership teams to set academic and operational goals and provide strategic recommendations based on curriculum frameworks.
- Conduct both basic and advanced training on-site and online, tailoring training to fit users' abilities.
- Transition client relationship seamlessly to the School Experience Manager after the implementation period.
- Proactively define and drive project strategies, collaborating with the Services & Support Team for efficient execution.
- Work across teams to contribute to Faria's mission, drive product innovation, and further client relationships.
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years prior experience in education/teaching, onboarding, and/or customer training.
- Highly organized and able to effectively prioritize tasks.
- Able to work autonomously in a remote-friendly environment.
- Able to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
Team & Environment
You will work closely with Solutions/Sales Consultant, Standards & Services, and Client Experience teams to deliver a cohesive customer experience.
Work Mode
This role is remote-friendly and open to candidates located in the Americas.
