The Implementation Specialist plays a key role in helping international schools across the Americas successfully adopt a cloud-based education platform. Acting as the primary contact during onboarding, you'll work closely with school leadership to understand their academic objectives and operational needs, ensuring the platform is configured to support their unique curriculum and teaching practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with school teams to define long-term academic and administrative goals, aligning them with platform capabilities
- Apply change management principles to support adoption in ways that reflect regional educational standards and curriculum models
- Demonstrate deep understanding of product features, particularly as they relate to curriculum planning, instructional design, and school operations
- Verify customized setups to ensure they meet client requirements and streamline workflows
- Deliver tailored training sessions—both online and in person—designed to match user skill levels and institutional goals
- Coordinate with internal teams to execute implementation plans efficiently and ensure a seamless handover to ongoing support
- Contribute to product innovation by sharing insights from client interactions across departments
Qualifications
Applicants should have 1–2 years of experience in education, instructional roles, customer onboarding, or training programs. Familiarity with curriculum frameworks used in the Americas and a strong ability to translate educational goals into technical solutions are essential.
