About the Role

Keeper Security, Inc. is hiring an Implementation Specialist to ensure the successful onboarding and adoption of our products by clients. You will collaborate closely with clients and report to the Implementation Manager to understand their unique requirements and configure solutions to align with their needs.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee the delivery of Keeper’s software for all clients, including initial deployments for new customers and expansion deployments for existing customers.
  • Tailor solutions to meet the specific needs and objectives of each client to ensure a personalized, effective experience.
  • Provide continuous technical support, troubleshooting issues and efficiently resolving client concerns.
  • Proactively identify and address project-related risks and issues, escalating to engineering when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of client configurations, customizations, and communication.
  • Gather client feedback and collaborate with the product development team to improve solution functionality and usability.
  • Manage multiple implementation projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery within scope.
  • Maintain consistent, transparent communication of project status and progress to internal stakeholders and clients.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years progressive experience in SaaS support and/or implementation.
  • Salesforce experience.
  • Experience with Google Docs and MS Office tools.
  • Experience in SaaS deployment; security software experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in leading external client engagements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team across global regions and time zones.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration (or a related field) or equivalent work experience.

You will join our B2B Support team and report directly to the Implementation Manager.
