iRhythm Technologies is hiring an Implementation Project Manager to lead the deployment of our EHR Integration and digital solutions services with health systems across the country. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary guide for customers, managing projects from initial kickoff through go-live and ensuring a successful long-term experience with our integration services.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end project management of EHR Integration implementations between customers and iRhythm.
- Lead internal and external customer calls to drive projects forward.
- Apply technical interface expertise to build, test, and validate EHR integrations both technically and operationally for seamless workflow adoption.
- Support customers throughout the entire project lifecycle, from kickoff to go-live, before handing off to Customer Care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional partners and customer stakeholders.
- Collaborate internally and externally to assess EHR integration opportunities, needs, account readiness, and fit.
- Document customer scope, workflows, and utilize best practices to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Assist the sales team by explaining iRhythm's interface mechanisms to clients during pre-integration discussions.
- Develop and implement KPIs, goals, and success metrics to increase adoption of the iRhythm Zio Service.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes and customer value by leading internal projects.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of hands-on integration experience with EHRs.
- Significant knowledge of, and experience configuring, HL7 integration engine solutions (IRIS for Health/Intersystems preferred).
- Significant knowledge of HL7 and experience coding messages (e.g., ORM, ORU).
- Experience with scripting in any language.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Significant experience with Microsoft Office and associated tools for project management.
- At least 4 years of project management experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven success in working with health systems or providers in a strategic, consultative capacity.
- A bachelor's degree or relevant healthcare field experience.
- Ability to travel 10-20% of the time, as needed.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Epic and/or Epic Aura.
- Experience with FHIR.
- A strong understanding of the broader healthcare landscape.
