Lead the implementation of Vault CRM for residential real estate clients across New Zealand, guiding each project from initial scoping through successful go-live and beyond. You'll act as the central point of contact during delivery, ensuring smooth onboarding and long-term client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end implementation projects, including planning, configuration, training, and post-launch support
- Configure Vault CRM to align with client-specific real estate operations and business processes
- Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and user enablement activities
- Coordinate data migration efforts with internal technical teams
- Oversee project timelines, milestones, risks, and delivery outcomes
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders through consistent communication and collaboration
- Represent the organization in client-facing meetings and delivery forums
- Provide on-site support during critical rollout phases, including travel and overnight stays as needed
- Support ongoing user adoption, system stability, and engagement after launch
- Contribute to refining onboarding processes and training materials based on real-world feedback
What You Bring
You have firsthand knowledge of how residential real estate agencies operate—gained through direct experience in real estate, property management, operations, or PropTech. You understand the nuances of agent workflows and the pressures of high-volume transactions.
Strong communication and facilitation skills allow you to lead meetings confidently and adapt your approach to different audiences. You’re self-driven, able to balance multiple priorities, and deliver results independently. Experience with CRM platforms or software implementations is an advantage.
Technical proficiency with Vault CRM is essential, and you’re comfortable translating business needs into system configurations.
Work Environment
This role supports flexible working arrangements and is based in New Zealand. Travel to client locations is required during active implementation phases, including occasional overnight stays.
