About the Role

Abridge is hiring an Implementation Manager - Strategic Accounts to ensure the successful deployment of our products with our customers. You will be the primary point of contact and driving force behind seamless project execution for our valued partners.

What You'll Do

  • Lead customer implementations and serve as the primary point of contact during initial deployments.
  • Own the creation, coordination, and execution of project plans with cross-functional teams.
  • Drive each project phase: kickoffs, technical configuration, testing, clinician training, go-live, and post-live stabilization.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing contingency plans.
  • Communicate project progress and issues to internal and external stakeholders transparently.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans with strategic partners, tracking issues and driving daily goals.
  • Collaborate with support and operational management to identify process and tool improvements.
  • Participate in creating repeatable processes to scale with concurrent implementations.

What We're Looking For

  • A track record of driving successful healthcare technology implementation projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize information concisely.
  • Extreme organization and detail orientation.
  • Ability to work with speed and a results-driven mindset.
  • Skill in building strong relationships with various stakeholders at partner sites.
  • Ability to identify risks early, escalate proactively, and propose solutions.
  • Creativity, scrappiness, strong problem-solving, tactful conflict resolution, and a bias to action.
  • 3+ years of project management experience focused on software deployment and implementation at B2B companies.
  • Experience implementing electronic record systems and leading through build and testing phases.
  • Must be based in the Pacific time zone.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Epic.
  • Familiarity with systems requiring strict adherence to privacy and security protocols.
  • Knowledge of tiered support organizations and escalation protocols.
