EX Squared is hiring an Implementation Manager- DualEnroll (Remote - US)

This position is being advertised on behalf of a partner organization, seeking an Implementation Manager – DualEnroll in the United States. The role focuses on leading successful onboarding and deployment of a registration workflow platform for higher education institutions. The professional will collaborate closely with college registrars, IT teams, academic leadership, and student services to configure workflows, align processes, and ensure a seamless launch delivering immediate value. The position demands a sophisticated blend of project management expertise, technical understanding, and stakeholder engagement to support complex academic processes. The incumbent will guide colleges through technical setup, integration, training, and adoption, ensuring operational readiness and user satisfaction. Accountabilities: · Serve as primary point of contact for colleges during onboarding and implementation · Build and manage project plans, timelines, and success metrics aligned with institutional registration cycles · Facilitate workflow design discussions, kickoff meetings, and ongoing progress reviews with stakeholders · Guide colleges through system setup including SIS integrations, SSO, data mapping, and workflow configuration · Deliver training sessions, develop documentation, and support institutional change management · Track implementation milestones, identify risks, and ensure smooth transition to customer success teams · Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution Requirements: · 3–5+ years of experience in EdTech, higher education services, or SaaS implementation with college partner focus · Strong knowledge of college registration processes, student services, workflow design, or dual enrollment procedures · Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations and complex stakeholder relationships · Familiarity with technical concepts such as SIS data structures, APIs, data imports, and authentication protocols · Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail · Experience in training, change management, and adoption of new technology in higher education · Preferred: Experience with SIS platforms, project management certification, or prior dual enrollment/registration management background Benefits: · Competitive salary of USD 70,000–80,000 per annum · Comprehensive medical insurance and other employee benefits · Flexible, remote work arrangements within the United States · Professional growth through challenging projects and cross-functional collaboration · Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in higher education through technology A talent matching platform partners with companies worldwide to connect top talent efficiently through AI-driven job matching.
