Zus Health is hiring an Implementation Manager to lead new clients through the onboarding and adoption process of our health data platform. You'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and successful launch.
What You'll Do
- Lead the technical implementation and project management for new client onboardings
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Configure and customize the Zus platform to meet specific client requirements
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and communication cadences
- Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving implementation challenges proactively
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Support teams to ensure client success
- Create and deliver training materials and documentation for client stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a technical implementation, solutions engineering, or customer onboarding role
- Proven track record managing complex software implementation projects from kick-off to go-live
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and configure SaaS platforms
- Excellent project management skills with experience using tools like Jira, Asana, or Monday.com
- Outstanding communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Experience in the healthcare technology sector, particularly with data platforms or APIs
