Everbridge is hiring an Implementation Engineer to deploy and integrate our critical public warning solutions, which enable governments and Mobile Network Operators to send life-saving alerts via Cell Broadcast and Location-Based SMS. This is a fully remote role based anywhere in Hungary.

What You'll Do

Deploy and integrate Public Warning solutions (Cell Broadcast & Location-Based SMS) for global customers.
Configure and maintain software in Linux production environments.
Work directly with Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), customers, and project teams.
Perform system configuration, testing, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Create detailed technical documentation and deliver customer training.
Support global deployments, with some travel required.

What We're Looking For

A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a similar field.
3–5 years of hands-on experience in Linux administration and production systems.
Strong knowledge of IP networking, VPNs, and core security principles.
Experience with cloud platforms, containers, and automation tools such as AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Ansible, and Terraform.
Coding experience with languages like Python, Go, or Bash.
Proven experience working directly with customers.
Fluent proficiency in English.

Nice to Have

Experience in mobile networks, particularly with Cell Broadcast, RAN/Core, LTE, or 5G.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring & logging tools.
Relevant certifications such as Linux or Cisco (CCNA).
Proficiency in additional languages.
