Lightcast is hiring an Implementation Enablement Associate to play a crucial role in supporting our client implementation processes and enhancing service delivery. You will be a key contributor to ensuring our clients successfully onboard and derive value from our solutions.

What You'll Do

Support the execution and coordination of client implementation projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Assist in developing and refining implementation processes and documentation.
Help identify and address potential roadblocks to ensure smooth client transitions.
Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving client satisfaction and service efficiency.
