Responsibilities

- Track deadlines and ensure timely submissions
- Review documents for completeness and accuracy
- Coordinate with team members on case progress
- Follow established procedures for case processing
- Assist in responding to agency inquiries and requests
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client data
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Translate documents as needed between English and Spanish
- Stay informed about changes in immigration policies
- Provide updates to clients on case status
- Assist in preparing for interviews and hearings
- Organize digital and physical case files
- Support compliance with regulatory requirements
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Use case management software to log activities
